AN-ACC: The App for Aged Care Funding Assessments

AN-ACC is a free Android app developed by the Australian Department of Health for Approved Residential Funding Assessors. The app is designed to help assessors conduct residential aged care funding assessments during scheduled visits at Commonwealth funded residential aged care facilities.

AN-ACC allows assessors to capture information about the functional characteristics of a client that drive the cost of care. The information can be uploaded either at the time of the assessment or at a later date if there is no internet connection available. The app is only accessible to assessors who are employed by registered Assessment Management Organisations and have been issued an activation code.
